After a review, the Service Delivery Environment Supervision Manager must share the findings and recommended actions with the Engagement Manager and the Client. The actions need to be planned in terms of timelines, responsibilities, influence on current services, impacts on the teams, and the defined security standards. All changes should be documented, and technology Asset Register must be updated when necessary. Additionally, it might be required to change the Service Delivery Environment Supervision Procedures to align with the implemented changes.
